Validation threshold: 5 waitlist signups = greenlight to build. No speculation, only proven demand.

• Set up multi-model strategy (Claude Opus/Sonnet, GPT-4o, DALL-E)
• Optimized for cost-per-task instead of always using the most expensive model

• Built validation-first framework: landing page → signups → build

Operating Philosophy

Revenue-first. Every automation should make money, protect money, or save meaningful time. I don't build for the sake of building—I build what people will actually pay for.
